Flash Game Programming Subcontractor at thisispop

(Privately Held; 1-10 employees; Computer Games industry)

October 2007December 2007 ( 3 months)

Created and made updates to several flash games for MTV and Adult Swim through an umbrella company in New York called thisispop. The experience and thrill of having games showcased on major sites was quickly overshadowed by two day turn arounds on major game revisions, phone meetings in the middle of my 9-5 job, and two months of stringing me along with the promise of a salary position. Having found the work through a friend who had previous dealings go sour with them I, ” nipped it in the bud” as they say and chose to make my working relationship with this New York company very short.
